Nervous is an evil

Stop Staring at me with your disappointment please.

This was what I thought when I was taking my common test paper on Analysis for Chemical Engineering Process. Honestly, I did a very bad job on this module, the worst exam I'd ever did in my Poly life I guess...

Lack of practice, Not listening to Lecture were not the valid reasons for me to fail on this module as I was mastered on this subject. I solved all the Material balance on the tutorial and past year exam paper on my own. Yet, I screw up this paper.

The paper was held on last Wednesday morning. I went to school as usual with my high expedition on my performance. However, my confident and patient had gone when I realize that I used 15 min just to solve first part of question 1. Yet, It was wrong. suddenly, all my knowledge on ACHEM was gone. I was panic and can't continue doing the next question. With that, I just simply done the question 2 and 3 without knowing whether it's correct or wrong. Then, Time's up. I didn't manage to finished the paper.

After submitting the paper, my class mates keep staring at me with their disappointment. A sense of embarrassment ran through my mind. I just can't control my tear to generate from my tear bud. My friends keep comforting me while I making call to my parent. However, What my parent can do was just comfort me like what my friends did so. At that particular moment, the atmosphere was filled with hopeless, helpless, loneliness and regretfulness. But after awhile, I'd become normal again and stared preparing for my last paper. I just hope that I'll not screw up my last paper due to nervous.

Lastly, Nervous is an Evil...
I'll never forget this lesson...

  1. Cheer up, just let bygones remain bygones.
Sometimes I also come across this problem,
once I get nervous my mind will go blank.
At this moment I'd drink water to cast away the nervousness.
Hope your result is not as bad as you think.
Next time just calm yourself down first before start answering paper.
